This policy describes how WOD Clock (the “App”) handles information when you use it on your Android device.
UK privacy law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) gives you certain rights over personal data. This policy explains what we process, why, and your choices.
Local app data
The App stores information such as workout/timer setups, completed session records, and preferences. This supports core App functionality (running timers, showing history, remembering settings).
Lawful basis (UK GDPR)
We process this information to perform our contract with you (providing the App) and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where data stays only on your device and is not accessed by us, much of this processing occurs on your device under your control.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, your device may show notifications related to an active workout/timer so timing can remain reliable while the App is in the background.
